Have you been using AI for a few years now? Asked a few questions about a medical condition? Or perhaps AI helped you draft a tricky email to a colleague?
This tool from Proton lets you generate a report showing what services like OpenAI and Claude actually know about you. It gives you a better understanding of why it’s wise to be careful about what you share. It’s safe and easy to use.
Of course, you do have to share your chat history with another AI tool. That is a bit ironic, but the website clearly states in the FAQ section:
“Is my data safe when I use AI Paper Trail?
Yes. The data you share with Lumo is deleted as soon as it’s analyzed, and it is never stored on Lumo’s servers. The only person who sees your report is you.”
